WHAT TO EXPECT

Your time matters - here’s what the process looks like:

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Contact me by text or e-mail. I’ll confirm the type of notarization needed and provide a price quote.

2. Prepare Your Documents

  • Do NOT sign your document before the appointment.

  • Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID

  • Ensure all pages are complete (no blank spaces unless instructed)

3. The Notarization

I will:

  • Verify your identity

  • Witness your signature

  • complete the notarial certificate

  • Apply my official seal

Appointments are professional, confidential, and typically take just a few minutes per signature.

FOR REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)

If meeting in person isn’t convenient and you are not local (out of town or state or country), we can meet securely online. You will need: a valid government-issued photo ID, a device with a camera and microphone, and internet access. I will guide you through the secure verification process step-by-step.

Three women and one man having a business meeting at a table with documents in a high-rise office. The man is speaking, the women are listening, and one woman is taking notes. A laptop is on the table, and windows show a cityscape outside.
A woman is using a black hole puncher to punch holes in a sheet of paper. She has red nail polish and wears rings, a bracelet, and a watch.
