Before Your Appointment: What You’ll Need
To make sure everything goes smoothly, here are a few things to have ready:
A valid, government-issued photo ID (not expired)
The document(s) you need notarized
All pages of the document (even if only one page needs a stamp)
Do NOT sign the document ahead of time-this must be done in front of the notary
For Remote Online Notarization (RON), you’ll also need:
A smartphone, tablet, or computer
A strong internet connection
A quiet, well-lit space
During the Appointment: Step-by-Step
Here’s what typically happens during your session:
Identity Verification - I will confirm your identity using your ID (or secure online verification if remote).
Document Review - I’ll quickly look over your document to ensure it’s complete and ready.
Signing the Document - You’ll sign the document iin my presence (or live on camera for RON)
Notarization - I’ll apply my official notary seal and complete the notarial certificate.
And that’s it!! Most appointments take just a few minutes.
